Are There Bots on Twitter?

When I was working at a sports social media company that I was the CTO at, we initially were, this was 2013 and it's actually amazing how much the world has changed with social media in the last 10 years. And one of the things that we discovered was that the engagement, relative engagement, was one of the stronger signals for basically influence. So once they posted content onto our platform, then we were able to get some data. But if we didn't have the data, we had essentially a very, very small data set.
