Is T S S the Right Word?
T s s is like o a volume and intensity factor. If you write an hour an an intensity factor of one, so your hour isis either normalized or an average of your threshold, you get a hundred t s s. There's kind of a limit to the realistic intensity factor that we can maintain for good training,. That's really what it comes down to. And if you lan to raise t s s by adding intensity, you are standing on the edge of a cliff, and you've got one foot dangling off - which is one of the black holes of over training.
