Mortgage Lenders Doing Enough When Borrowers Are Struggling
The Financial Conduct Authority has warned that 200,000 households have fallen behind with their mortgages and 570,000 are at risk of defaulting in the next two years. Citizens Advice is seeing record numbers of people who are coming to us for help due to increasing pressures due to the cost of living. Half of our advisors have seen an increase in people who are struggling due to increased mortgage costs.
