How to Speed Up the Sprint Planning Meeting

In the meeting itself, we're trying to get to this point where we're reviewing these backlog items. But one of the things that I've kind of found that can be challenging is and this kind of comes back to the planning process. So what often happens is that things just get turned into spikes where they say, okay, we've got a time box and amount of time to investigate... It's an ongoing thing that you constantly have to se correct and pivot.
