Meditation Is So Good for Self Development
meditation is so good, it unlocks a lot of things. It's kind of like you can't push yourself in the gim so hard without resting and recovering. You need those pauses and moments of stillness to come back to yourself rather than pumping heavy weight or running con ly on stop every single day. So i think about it in that way, where if i do push myself too hard, it's going to force me to slow down some way. And hopefully it's not in the way of an injury. I wanted just something that felt opposite of like hustling and personal development and doing good. That's called burn out. What happens is what will want to leave your life?
