If the policy depends upon we're all in together, doing it at the global scale, then there's of course, that huge hurdle to get over. So i agree with you, this can't be done in one step. It'll have to happen incrementally. Need two or three countries for a demo andi then go to a proper pilot and before you know it, the whole world will be talking about it. Then if there is some kind of strong evidence that it's going to work, i think the world could probably pivot on that.
