Andrew Kehoe's a Janitor With One Arm

Andrew Kehoe was given the means to enact such a plan when the DuPont company and the US government realized that they still had a shitload of high explosives left over from World War one. The Department of Agriculture began distributing a low grade explosive named Pyretol made from high grade explosives. Every farmer was allowed to purchase 1,000 pounds of Pyretol each. In 1925, around the time he was given complete access to the school, Andrew Kehoe bought 500 pounds of the stuff.
