The Importance of Being Calm

I feel like I have to be very strict in terms of categorizing my boundary. Like so for instance, like I will have a limit to how many people I can talk to in a day. We've seen what happens when you see too many people, you end up being burnt out or canceling. It's just a non-negotiable because otherwise I would. And so I've just like, I have to draw that line in the sand. Current me has to look out for future me as well.
