Is It Possible to Derive the 1.15?
The work is still very much in progress, we have not really been able to derive the 1.15 to the same degree that we could derived the 1.25 for biology. The problem here is that in fact cities are more complicated than biology because they are the interface between infrastructure and social networks. We're tied to this two dimensional surface whether we like it or not, so no matter what in terms of information flow you have to join the flow of information social network to the physicality of the two-dimensional surface on which we live.
