Mark Chrysler: There was a time when the murder rates in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago were roughly comparable. He says those cities have come a long way since their peak of four murders per 100,000 residents. But today he looks at why Chicago is still on a fundamentally different level than its two big brothers. "I don't think the typical conversation we have about gun control has much to do with Chicago," said Chrysler.
