The Importance of Early Endoscopy on a Patient With Blood Loss

The patient needs probably an upper endoscopy. The final question, I think, is usually when. Now, this particular patient has arrived to the ICU and you heard about them maybe 8pm. When would you do the scope? So there's a few things about this patient that allow us some flexibility. And we don't need to make sure that she's fully lined up and have multiple pressures going and a large transfusion for her.
