The Pac-12 Champion at Plus 190

Washington has two of the toughest schedules in the Pac-12. If they can split at USC and at Washington, this team is going to have a chance to be in the title game. I've got more questions about Utah and Oregon than I do Washington. It's just hard for me to like them at plus 190 because it feels like such a short price.
