What Has Been Your Spiritual Journey With Speaking at Conferences?

There've been three occasions where i stopped speaking. I didn't speak for a year, and then my sponsor directed me to go back to it. And then i didn't spoken for six and a half years, not a word. People have had different experiences with this. Some get burned down on it. Whatever the case may be, it's helped them in the spiritual journey.
