We counsel patients not to have surgery. It can even take three to six months to come to tha decision, because we don't want to make people worse. If a patient has a big response with pain, then we can confidently say that the pain is from the hip joint. The rehab of a hipscope is as long as as tedious as an asiel, it takes nine months to one year. So if somebody has failed er, you know, hip we have, and the got ar tritis, then the only option is basically a hip replacement or a hippacing.
