i've been in the fitnest space for almost two decades now. Started as a personal trainer, moved into as a jim owner and recently pargnened with doctor j on i'm teaching other fitness professionals on the behavior science. I what's fascinating about the behavior sciences is that when it comes to actually working with clients, it's barely used. So we have this action intention gap. We show them what to do. They say they're going to do it, and then they don't. And you just keep you know, in the definition of insanity, right? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
