I think thinking about our motivation can really change our experience of behavior or the action that we take. And it's something I really found in the research for my book. You know, there's many people who are, quote unquote, successful that are left at the end of the day wondering, is this it? The antidote is really being clear and taking the time to understand whether the games you're playing are actually the games that you want to be playing.
