Docker Hub Vulnerability Scan

If you pay for Docker Hub you can get vulnerability scans. We are a team of three developers so the developers all do the ops as well we don't have a huge team so that level of separation pair repository creates one GitHub hosted constraint in their registry package works really nice for us and much better than dukr.
