I'm a little disappointed that you're not giving me credit for my for my squash and tennis workouts in my six hours but well no I love that you're doing that because I think that I think that play is important right. The difficulty of doing that in in any sort of sport like squash or tennis is it's very up and very down right so your your training effect is very evil training but it's inconsistent interval training. If we're truly trying to optimize your energy systems around long-term things we want to be able to train in a very specific way so specificity is very important again.
