The Afterlife Phase Four of the Bible Revelation

phase four is what one theologian calls the after afterlife. God says in Hebrews 12 verse 20 no more sin and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect question for you all given what we just said a moment ago about the four phases which one is that that three correct?
