The why is so critical, because sometimes you should change the goal ato get the wy. I mean, any great oano dos, it'sm much better than er, you know, kind of, ok. A person that's motivated will work ten times harder, and they'll be ten times more creative, and they'll go through walls for you. They'll kill themselves if they're motivated. O, it's quite an amazing thing. You don't start with, ok? You can't manage what you can't measure. It's more like, no, we're all going to know exactly why we're here."
