I think that there can be such a net benefit for money coming into these types of communities. I also think that by incorporating them and making it part of our group, you do have markets on a twice weekly basis. You're going to employ the security guards, the grounds keeper, the person who takes care of the pool. So we don't really have any crime problems in the communities we've creadit because we're part of the community around them. And one of the saddest things i saw, the oldest city in the americas, granada here. It's actually nicaragua. Beautiful city beside a lake. Its like where the pirates of the carubbean used
