How I Learned French and Had to Learn French
I learned French middle school and high school, but it was horrible, audio lingual conversations. So my wife and I met in New York and Brooklyn,. We raised our kids bilingual in New York visiting here over the years. So I practice French. But I've never applied any of what I do to learn French. And that's why, to me, my French is plateau. It's complicated for me as I go back and forth on it. One reason is in this country, everybody wants to speak English to me all the time.
