Flora: I wanted to go back and sort of understand, some of the problem statements that maybe our customers are facing. So for product ops people, oftentimes your customers are the product managers or people who work in product in product teams. The first one is working in a regulated industry. This doesn't apply to every single product person. But for me, it was something I really experienced working at Monzo working in a FinTech. And then the second topic is working with internal customer ops teams.
