You're a Little Bit Different, Right?

When you're a little bit different, when you have some power because of your pursuit of financial independence, people just get that sense that you're different. So I think- I actually want you more. And so it's not just, of course, the act of negotiating and getting the extra money. It's also like setting expectations of here's what I will allow and here'swhat I won't allow. But having an employee engaged in that process is really see your own value, evaluate your own value.
