Saudi Arabia and Israel to Forge Joint Military Exercises in 2022

Talks are part of an effort to forge a NATO style anti Iran alliance in the region between Israel and Washington's Gulf Arab allies. The two countries have quietly increased cooperation, including by participating in their first public joint military exercise in 2022. It is possible that Saudi Arabia could eventually be convinced by the US, bribed by the US to open up with Israel if they offer more military assistance and arms sales like the F-35 or something like that.
