Introduction

Russ Unger was one of the workshops in Puthon 11 at UX Alex, Gorilla testing. Russ and Todd Zachi are working on a book called Designing the Conversation that's not finished yet. They're also putting together workshop sessions to teach people how to run their very own meetings. The show is hosted by James Roy Lawson and Pat Axel.
