I think the nuance in that for me is, or the clue i could offer, is, get around people that don't agree with you, that don't take your side on everythingy. Having true friendships and and amentors and therapists and coaches that can say to me, hey, hold on a minute. What's yours in this? And encourage me and hold me accountable to where i'm dropping the ball, or where i'm in a story,. Or where my heart is closed, or rei’m playing the perpetrator and blaming you - those are all ways of getting back to an open hearted state.
