The more cues that you can attach a new memory to that you already remember the more sticky it is inside of your brain. You're literally screwing yourself over for that subject for the rest of the time that you learn it Because now you don't have that foundation of of knowledge that you can connect learning to if you ever do learn more in that subject Yeah, this hits on as well. I think is um, I don't think students realize In the moment how negative it is over Over a period of like years and years to learning to to study like this.
