It hasn't been observed, but it's a theoretical risk and therefore we we contraindicate for that. Contraindicate if the person has had a prior surgery that's cut the vagus nerve, because in that situation, it's not going to be useful. For most other people it's a, it's a very benign and low risk treatment.
