Every consumer doing a reverse mortgage has to go through counseling. Each state's a little bit different in their requirements, but typically you're going to do that upfront. We don't look at credit score like traditional financing, we look at credit history. And then again, because it's an FHA insured loan, even on the proprietary side, they're going to hold you to this for the most part.
