Are You a Young Female Leader?
I always encourage young women to not just think of themselves as leaders at work. You know, we're leaders in all aspects of our lives. So what if your truth is unpopular and you are a young female leader in an organization? There's enormous amount of courage required. Do you recommend that or do you feel there are circumstances where maybe you should grow into that truth? If I reflect on my own career, there are times when I was younger that I didn't live into that truth. And I learned a lot from that experience.
