In a regulated exchange or bank, you wouldn't be able to bring money that comes out of an account that traded on Hydra into Coinbase or Gemini. But say, if you're now going to defy applications, like Uniswap or Sushi swap and so on, you could actually start trading on this type of defy application without anyone ever verifying where the money comes from and who is on the other side of the transaction.
