As the world has opened back up, how do you protect that sense of self? It's so now it's a priority. There are mornings that I'll wake up and say I don't want to meditate or I'm but I want to play with my plants like a water in my plants. Whatever it is, it's me time. And because the rest of the day, I'm putting too much stress on myself. Whereas I know what I can control these few hours when the others are still asleep.
