The judge has given the government seven days to report back to her with when they could go to trial and how long that trial will take. The fact that she wants to put a date on the calendar within a month of this indictment, that suggests she really wants to move this along quickly. Now, it's impossible to say at this point, if this will go to trial before the election, we need to know a lot more.
