How to Be a Good Teammate

I think if I could give any advice of being a good teammate is to be a good listener and just we kind of call it listen with the three L's, you know, really listen, know your bias, listen to what's not being said. You got to learn like, did you learn one thing, listen to that person or are you just waiting to talk and then really lead with questions.
