Is the Tapping Just a Placido Effect?

There is a specific ingredient that's being tapped into that's not unique to this therapy. People are doing legitimate therapy while they're tapping on their bodies, and then there seing a positive benefit. And unfortunately, the state of the literature is pretty bad. The studies are not really rigorous. They haven't really figured out how to blind them properly.
