We're already linking in with partnership organizations, whe're already being briefed on things like these are the hardship funds. These are places where if the local authorities can't help, you can go. We know that this is a runaway train that is coming down the track that is going to hit us hard. The only people who have their hands on the brakes, as it were, are ministers. Ministers could stop that train. They could switch the points and send it off into a safe direction - or pull it to a screeching hold. It would take what is regarded as radical action by day's standards when we've got two rivals for the prime ministership effectively arguing over tax goods. But
