The Future of Work

Beng: I was a big believer in the office, and i was kind of dismissive or sceptical of any companies that were primarily remote or hybrid. What i've personally learned is just how product ive we can be both on a company level, but also of society when many of us have been working remotely predominantly for the past two years. And so it's just been this incredible showing of adaptability, that we can figure out how to rethink,. you know, pretty much like the way that every second of most of our jobs works. You now, especiallyn knowledge work. We're shifting to a more and more hibrid and remote friendly culture.
