Setting Myself a Weight Loss Challenge | The Emma Guns Show

📝 I have a hankering to lose a little weight. Not just because summer is around the corner but because after two years of maintaining a 40lb weight loss, I fancy another challenge.

Just to be clear, I've yo-yo dieted for the majority of my adult life and maintaining this weight loss is something I'm really proud of. The real 'win' though was overcoming something close to binge eating disorder (BED) that involved a highly emotional and irrational response to fake hunger cues. As a result, I was on a 30-year rollercoaster of either restricting, dieting and exercising excessively or eating to excess. Finding the 'happy' medium somewhere between the two has not been easy and though I'm happy with how I look now, I'd like to challenge myself to get even leaner and even stronger.
