The Hermetic Build Process in Git, for Example.
You can repeat a build process in Git and verify that nothing has been modified through that time. And then we get into hermetic builds at that point, right? So now I've got like, I know all of the materials that are going into this build. They should match up. It's not super high tech or high end, but it does get you a very quick answer. If they don't match, you know something is broken somewhere.
