I think that one of the things I've noticed in the last five years of tracking this is that at first you saw as people were getting more knowledgeable because they were reading in the media. But then it was almost like you reach a certain level of knowledge where you know too much. And then your trust starts going down and your fear starts going up. So what I think is really important in terms of public opinion is really doing this tracking of trends.
