There's a name from the past it is a name for the last yeah no great firm so we built a firm on a i think a unique culture unique unique structure. We're coming up on 30 billion in assets a couple hundred advisors 400 plus partners so it's been a good run but always plenty more to tell us about the market environment how you feel about it. There's a lot of mixed signals um and it is kind of a tricky environment, he says.
