Mike Downey: I think there's a really important paradise shift that you describe in the book, when we can just change our language to, i feel this way when this thing happens. The best coaches are relationally oriented in their own lives as because then it's just intuitive and natural on a team. When young people like, well coach gets me; They get me. And a commitment to listening until they're understood is huge.
