Roberto Cevallos: I'd say there are definitely a lot of challenges, like when you are not in the major hubs in the US. He says once you establish yourself in a smaller market, you can really leverage that within that geography. "I also have always appreciated, you know, having that can do kind of like small company attitude," he adds.
