Foot Ground Contact Mechanics

In a lecture, kind of as an aside, and garry was in the audience, he said to me, well, when i had the athletes do these drills to have the foot ground contact part of the stride happen properly. And it's really that last extension to the ball of the foot. He said, i learned that this was what i needed to have my sprinters and hurtlers do. The sequence is set up to start from just the vertical component to introduce a rotary component. Last drill with the p v c over the head forces athletes into a neutral, a minimumly neutral, torso and belt buckle position.
