Is There a Need for Vocational Training?

In developing countries like columbia and mexico, i find that 25 % of them have such skills. While in india, the vocational training seems to be very low,. And only about five per cent seem to have that. What do you think is a reason for it? And what could be done to attreste? "We need to correct the foundational skill that we are providing tho students at the school leveld"
