How to Keep Your Chest Healthy With Trap Workouts

If you have good genetics, great genetics, your neck grows just from training. Some people, they just won't grow, so you do need to add some shrugs in. I don't think it makes a big difference in terms of hypertrophy. Maybe you'll be able to load up a little bit more weight on the machine and that would be better than using dumbbells.
