The Importance of Acceptance in a Scientific Worldview
In the 21st century, we're just downstream of a lot of philosophical and scientific movements that inform our worldview. And so part of what I was trying to do in the talk is to invite those that want to understand St. Thomas a little better into a concept of the soul or a principle of life as such. But there's another group of people that are interested in this kind of talk and that might have found themselves dissatisfied with the ways that biological inquiry is pursued in schools or certain labs.
