How to Slow Down and Focus on Less Things

I tend to fall really easily into my comfort zone. True growth comes from stretching yourself and trying things you haven't done before, doing things that scare you. Double down on the systems then like really committing to systems that I use. Don't be afraid to expand yourself and push your limits. We all have to figure out how to manage our time because it's the only thing we can't get more of.
