Galdem's Disadvantages

Galdem was meant to be a platform for marginalized voices, color. They lacked both I think the wider financial support and were confined to being sort of like this niche publication. Even though they have massive amounts of goodwill, they only had a certain amount of supporters. And because of their unique position, they were also punished for it by not being able to scale up. Do you think that you can't do both things at the same time?
